• Please note that after the reservation is made, guests will receive a rental agreement. This agreement must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Background check may be required. Payment has to be made in full before arrival. Payment will not be accepted at the property. Please let the property know in advance about any special or parking requests. Please note that check-in after 16:00 hours and check-out before 11:00 hours require prior approval from the property. Please note that this building may have specific pet restrictions including # pets, pet size and breed. Prior to confirming your reservation, please reach out to the property to check their pet policies. Please note that Pool Passes are only available upon request, prior to check-in. Guests will need to sign an authorization form for any other pool incidentals including missing pool pass. Two pool passes will be provided for Studio and One bedroom apartments & four passes for Two bedroom apartments.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
