Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 300.00 PLN - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Guests expecting to arrive after 17:00 or during the weekend and public holidays are kindly asked to inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation. Please note that in order to arrange key collection, guests need to contact the office at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation. The office is situated at 1D/3U Obrońców Pokoju Street.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
