• Check-in after 18.00 o'clock is only possible upon request and approved by the property in advance. Please note that check-in after 22:00 is possible upon request and at a surcharge of EUR 15. Please note that the property cannot accept group bookings. All prices are WITHOUT breakfast. Breakfast can be booked on site if desired. There are two options: - a "SMALL" standard breakfast, consisting of two rolls, various (sweet and savory) Spreads and a drink (coffee/tea/cocoa) for €4 per person - an "EXTENDED" breakfast, ADDITIONALLY consisting of sausage, ham, cheese and Orange juice and egg, at a price of €8 per person. If you stay for several weeks, the ROOM WILL BE CLEANED and the bed linen changed ONCE A WEEK or also UPON REQUEST - OF COURSE FREE OF CHARGE.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
