• Please note that there will be no electricity supply approximately 15 minutes twice daily for maintenance purpose during 10:00 - 10:15 and 17:30 - 17:45 hrs. The property apologises for any inconvenience this may cause. === Below are choices of transfer which are subject to availability and a fee: Transfer Notice between Chalong Pier (Phuket) and Racha Island - Departing from Chalong Pier to Racha Island: 09:30 - Departing from Racha Island to Chalong Pier: 15:30 Private speedboat or long tail boat might be arranged (subject to availability and additional fee applied) if guest is unable to join the scheduled speedboat transfers. Seats of the Scheduled Speedboat Transfers are subject to availability and advance reservation is required to secure a seat. Guest must contact Rayaburi Resort directly by email to reserve the Scheduled Speedboat Transfer after a booking has been made. The availability of the Scheduled Speedboat Transfer is to be confirmed by Rayaburi Resort. The departure time of the Scheduled Speedboat might vary (or may be cancelled) depending on the weather and sea conditions (and/or other factors) and the speedboat will not be operate if there is a slight safety concern. The Scheduled Speedboat Transfer is subject to availability and Rayaburi Resort will not offer compensation (or will not be financially responsible) in case a guest is unable to join (or miss) the Scheduled Speedboat Transfers and/or in case of bad weather and uncertain sea conditions (or any unanticipated incident) that guest cannot arrive or depart from Racha Island on the scheduled date/time. Rayaburi Resort reserves the right to adjust the timetable of the Scheduled Speedboat Transfer and a ferry might be operate instead of speedboat in case of high demand.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
