• Damage deposit: 100.00 MYR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Please note that the Queen Suite doesn't have windows. Guests are required to scan and check in via the My Sejahtera APP using their mobile phone. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of MYR 49 per child aged 2 to 12 and MYR 89 for each guest aged 12 or more. In order to be allowed to check in, guests who are unwell, particularly those with fevers, are required to show a doctor's letter stating that they are not COVID-19 positive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
