• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 500.00 PLN - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on checkout
• Cleaning and change of towels takes place every 7 days. Daily cleaning is possible on request and at an additional cost. PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. CURRENT PRICE FOR THE PARKING IS IN THE "ALL FACILITIES" - RESERVATION IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THE OBJECT. RECEPTION IS ON THE SPOT - OPEN EVERYDAY FROM 9 AM TILL 5 PM. AFTER 5 PM THERE IS ONLY SELF-CHECK IN OPTION. 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, A CHECK-IN FORM IS SENT FROM SMARTCHAT SYSTEM, WE REQUIRE ITS COMPLETION. The fee for an animal is 100 PLN per stay.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
