• Damage deposit: 30000.00 JPY - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• JAM hostel reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Guests arriving after 21:00 cannot check-in to the property and will be considered as no-show. The total amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves a right to keep your credit card details on file until you check-out. Guests must have a valid credit card in order to make a booking. All rooms are accessed via stairs; elevators and porter service are not available.For the safety of our staff, They will not assist in carrying guest's luggage. Mobility-impaired guests are discouraged from staying at this hostel. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay at this hostel. Guests must arrive and check in between 15:00 and 21:00. The front desk is closed between 23:00 and 15:00. Group cancelation policy applies to guests in groups of 4 or more persons. For more information, please contact the property directly. Please note that this property is completely smoke-free.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
