• 1) It is possible to smoke outside the accommodation but not inside. All cigarette butts need to be thrown in a ashtray which is available at he house. 2) Travelers must be respectful of the neighborhood, the garden, the furniture and the equipment made available to them. Any broken equipment must be reported and refunded. 3) The use of the jacuzzi is only available upon prior request to the owner. The maximum capacity is 5 people. It is necessary to supervise young children when they are near or inside the jacuzzi. The use and maintenance in good condition of the jacuzzi is the only responsibility of the user. 4) The owner reserves a right of access to the garden to maintain it and clean the jacuzzi, at least once a week, preferably when the tenants are not on site to not to disturb them.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
