• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Smoking on the property (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), will incur an additional charge of €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Additional linen changes are available upon request for an additional charge of €71 per change. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
