If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that the city tax is due upon arrival. Please pre-book free of charge the baby kit before your arrival. You are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure. The following services are included : accommodation, bed and bath linen, Wifi basic access, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and a cleaning kit (except the dishes and the kitchen). Paid charging stations are available on site. A welcome kit is available upon arrival. The accommodation cannot accommodate more people, children and babies than the number indicated in the basic description. A paid upgrade will then be offered under reservation of availability, otherwise cancellation without refund. Animals are strictly prohibited in our residence, subject to cancellation without refund. please be informed that strollers are available on request and in limited quantities. A la carte services: Early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleaning, preferred location “Welcome kit provided as a courtesy for your arrival only.” We love them, but exceptionally, this residence does not welcome four-legged companionsThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
