• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR
• Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 will apply for late check-in from 21:00–00:00, and early check-out before 09:00. To use the free parking at the check-in, you will be given a parking badge. This is a private street and all cars without the badge visible may be towed. In case of loss of the badge, guests will be charged an extra EUR 10. In the event of key loss, there will be an extra charge of EUR 30. In reservations of 2 guests using two separate beds, an extra laundry fee of EUR 15 in cash will be charged upon arrival. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. For security reasons, it is the guest's obligation to ensure that all doors and windows are tightly closed, and all the lights and electrical equipment are off when no one is in the apartment. Children are charged as adults. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
