• The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the apartment is the number of guests paid for. Any arrivals outside of the official check-in/check out hours is possible for an additional GBP 10 per hour and is subject to availability. Please request for any early check in/late check out at the time of booking so the property can make the necessary arrangements. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. If you require a children's travel cot or high chair please use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Official photo identification for the lead guest is to be provided prior to arrival (a photograph of either a drivers licence or passport). The lead guest must be 21 or older and and there must be an adult over the age of 21 in the apartment at all times. Please note there is 1 allocated parking space for this apartment and there is a height restriction of 2.1 metres (any vehicles over this height will not be able to enter the underground carpark).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
