• Damage deposit: 1000.00 NZD - collected via Credit Card on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
