• Damage deposit: 250.00 BRL - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking only on balconies. You will be asked to send a copy of the identity document with photo of all occupants of the property in advance. Third party visits to the property are not permitted. Food is not included in the daily price. The use of an identification bracelet is mandatory. Common areas for guest use: swimming pool and gym. There is no barbecue on the property or development. Opening hours: Swimming pool: 8am to 10pm Gym: 7am to 10pm Laundry: 7am to 9pm When contracting the accommodation package, the contract holder agrees to deliver the amount of R£250.00 in cash at check-in to cover any damages caused to the property. If everything is in order after inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at check-out. - Check-in after 10pm is charged a fee of: R£50.00 - Check-out before 6am is charged a fee of: R£50.00This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
