• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Rest hours must be respected, from 24:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. The parking spaces are private and each apartment has its own space. Please, we ask you not to park in a space other than the one assigned to you by the real estate agency. In the event that there is a vehicle in your parking lot blocking you to park, let us know and we will take care of it. It is strictly prohibited: * To carry out any activity that goes against the rules of coexistence or normal operating regime. * To organize parties and have barbecues on the terraces. * To hang towels or clothes on the terrace railings. * To smoke in common areasThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
