• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• Loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check-in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key. All requests for late arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: GBP 50 from 19:00 to 20:59 GBP 90 from 22:00 onward Guests are required to send a copy of their identification (passport, driving licence, or ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 27 years or older. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
