• A prepayment deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Client will be charged 20% to confirm their booking with the remainder charged upon arrival. This is fully refundable if canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. Please enter the full billing address associated with your credit card used for your booking.com stay. Include state, country and zip code Ensure to input your full credit card information, including CVC code and billing address or your reservation will not be confirmed. A prepayment of 20% is required to hold the reservation. The full amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations are refunded in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to one-week are refunded 80%. Cancellation made less than one week prior to arrival or no-shows will pay in full.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
