• When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Dog Stays We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure). Gym Disclaimer Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Gym The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more with an additional fee. Smoking Charge and Hardkey replacement with an additional fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
