The apartments are located from the lower ground floors through 3rd floors (no lift). Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots. Please note that there are no weekly housekeeping services. Bed linen and towel exchange services are available upon request and on a weekly basis only.
