Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of £80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
