• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• The simple tidying up of the room with towel change takes place free of charge every two days, on the fourth day the sheets and towels are also changed. Extraordinary tidying up with change of sheets and towels has an additional cost of 15 euros and must be communicated by 9 am on the same day. People in wheelchairs must communicate their advance notice so that we can set up a platform at the entrance to the building to overcome the three steps present. People with visual disabilities can download the BLIND TAG SCANNER app to be able to scan the special tags present right from the main entrance of the structure and which provide all the information to be able to move independently. Check in after 6pm is not always possible. You have to make a request and wait to find out the availability and any surcharge. Check out after 10 am is not always possible. This need must be communicated in advance and availability must be assessed based on the calendar. May be charged up to the full cost of the room based on the requested check out time.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
