• Damage deposit: 10000.00 THB - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• All-male groups are not allowed. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB. A deposit of THB 1000 per day for electricity is also required and will be deducted according to electrical usage. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host
