• This property offers self check-in only. In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Please note early check in are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested at least 1 hour before the early arrival time and are subject to approval by the property. Early check in between 11:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 20:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 20:00. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 23:30 costs GBP 39 to check in after 23:30 (these additional costs do not apply to bookings made after 19:00 on the same day). Please note late check out are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested by 9:00am on the check out date and are subject to approval by the property. Late check out between 10:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 35 GBP per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of 200 GBP Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of £200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain non-refundable. Please note that to ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This non-refundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
