• Please note that due to tourist police reports, it is very important to provide identification documents up to 2 business days before check-in. After 48 hours, and up to 24 hours before check-in, an extra charge of 50 EU will be charged for physical travel to the police station, although we do not guarantee that we will be able to register you. In case of not complying with the deadlines, and not having the documents up to at least 24 hours before, the reservation will be cancelled under the agreed conditions. This request for documents is made via WhatsApp or Email. It is very important for us to remember to have good balance and mobility to access our boats.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
