• For reservations over UAH 3000, additional policies may apply and a prepayment may be required. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable. For more information, please contact the administration. Please note that drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of the rules of residence may result in additional fines, details of which can be clarified at the reception. The administration reserves the right to refuse check-in without refund of the prepayment in case of gross violation of the internal rules or if the guest is in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication. Please note that when checking in in the evening or outside the established check-in hours, it is necessary to contact the administration in advance to agree on the conditions. For this reservation, a prepayment via bank transfer is required. Additional fees may also be charged for early check-in and late check-out, which are carried out only if available. We recommend contacting the administration in advance with these issues. Bathrobes are not included in the price of accommodation, but can be rented on site for an additional fee of 200 UAH per person for the entire stay. The hotel administration is not responsible for the safety or damage to guests' vehicles and property while using the underground parking, as well as for items left or forgotten in the apartments.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
