• Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind that this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking reservation. Please add these phrases: Cots are available for rent for €30 per stay. Please do not forget to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Guests are required to present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the flat requires a smartphone with internet connection. A seasonal rental contract must be signed by the tenant. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the purpose of the rental is not the indefinite occupation of the property or its use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant's usual residence address (where he/she is officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as the booking, we cannot guarantee that the flat will be ready before 17:30This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
