• Pets are not allowed
• Please note that guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must submit a signed release form and a copy of the parents' or legal guardians' passports. The property can provide a template of the authorisation form upon request. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 17:30. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor and has no lift access. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
