• Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside the working hours. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or have no window.
