• A surcharge of 20 EUR in cash applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 8pm until 12am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of 40 EUR in cash applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 12am until 2am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Room 4 does not have a window. ANY INCIDENT THAT IS CAUSED BY THE GUEST AND NEEDS SUPPORT, OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS FROM 15:00H TO 20:00H WILL HAVE AN EXTRA COST OF 20 EUROS TO BE PAID IN CASH TO BE PAID TO THE PERSON WHO GIVES THE ASSISTANCE. -Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodation and fines from 99€. -Losing the key has a penalty of 49€. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
