Any incident caused by the guest and that needs support outside working hours form 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, will have an extra cost of 20 Euros to be paid in cash to the person who gives the assistance. Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Please, check all the photographs of the accommodation together with the description, since the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room according to the availability of the desired dates, and if in the end you are not interested contact Booking -Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodation and fines from 99€. -Losing the key has a penalty of 49€. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
