• • Early Check-In: Please complete all your details when booking for a correct check-in process. • Advance Payment: Pre-payment of the stay will be made 48 hours prior to arrival, only for bookings with direct payment by the client. • Access Keys on arrival day: On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with the access keys to the accommodation for your entry. • The cleaning fee is EUR 30 for the deluxe suite/suite, EUR 35 for the loft, EUR 45 for the 1-bedroom apartment, EUR 50 for the 2-bedroom apartment and EUR 75 for the 3-bedroom apartment. • In case of deterioration or damage, the amount necessary to repair said damage may be deducted. • The establishment has a 24-hour reception Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
