Please note that this hotel does not accept AMEX credit cards. Guests who plan to arrive after office hours must contact the office at least one day before arrival to arrange for key pickup. Please note that there will be an on-site extra person fee per night if more people are in your party than are accounted for on the reservation. There are only Non-Waterview Suites available when booking through this platform and cannot be modified to a waterfront view once booked. Please be advised that there is no breakfast being served on property. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property with this 3rd party reservation as previously stated when booked. Please note that this suite does not have a water view, as stated in the room description. Please note that The Boat House Marco Island cannot accommodate private boats or watercraft with this 3rd party reservation as previously stated when booked. Per county law, NO TRAILERS, BOATS OR WATERCRAFT are allowed to be parked in our parking lot.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
