• - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence. - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution. - We ask you to adopt a good attitude towards your neighbors (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and mores. Parties and events are not permitted. - If nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guests must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in accordance with the rules of the residence. - With regard to the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his/her family and children, and the Agency declines all responsibility in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant. Police Clearance Information: - Guests will need to provide a valid passport or ID card for check-in. - The receptionist will make a photocopy of the guest's ID document for police records. - Guests may be asked to fill out a police registration form with details like name, nationality, passport number, address, and length of stay. - This information is required by local authorities to register foreign guests. - The check-in team will handle the police clearance process efficiently and discreetly. Transportation or Activities Absolutely, YOUR HOST team can also provide information and assistance with transportation and activities in Marrakech: Transportation And Activities Options: - We can help arrange airport transfers for guests, either by private car or shared shuttle. - They can provide information on using local taxis, providing guidance on approximate fares and etiquette. - For getting around the city, We can also assist with arranging private car rentals or chauffeur services if guests prefer more flexibility. Activity Recommendations: - YOUR HOST team can give suggestions for must-see attractions and activities in Marrakech, tailored to the guests' interests. Recommendations for the Stay: - Once the check-in is complete, the team can provide recommendations for interesting places to visit in Marrakech. - Suggestions may include historic sites, museums, gardens, markets, and other cultural attractions. - The team can also inform guests about any special events or festivals happening during their stay. Traditional Moroccan Dining Experience: - If guests are interested, the team can arrange for them to enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner on the property. - This could include a multi-course meal featuring authentic Moroccan dishes, music, and cultural entertainment. - The team can provide details on the menu, timing, and cost of this optional dining experience. By providing a smooth check-in process, helpful local recommendations, and the opportunity to immerse in Moroccan cuisine and culture, the team can ensure guests have a warm and memorable start to their stay.
