• - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in. - Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local mores and customs. Parties and events are not allowed. - If the nuisance rules are not respected, our agency reserves the right to evict the tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guest must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in application of the rules of the residence. - Concerning the use of the swimming pool and the balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency clears itself of any responsibility in the event of negligence of the Tenant.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
