• To keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By charging for these items, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings. Please note that guests may be assigned a different room type of the same category or higher during periods of limited availability. Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behaviour that disrupts the comfort, safety, or well-being of others. Alcohol consumption, drug consumption, and outside food are not allowed at the property. Please note that pets are only allowed in private rooms, and not in dorm rooms. Please note that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
