• Pets are not allowed
• The rooms on floors 1-2 are accessible using a secure stairway, noting also the top floor rooms 4-5 include a mezzanine level with extra beds that is accessible via use of a securely fastened ladder that has clearly marked warning signs. Whilst all care and measures has been taken to ensure the safety of guests using the stairway and mezzanine level with the ladders Castellorizon Pensione accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries, death, damages suffered as well as compensation claims by any of the guests using the ladder or stairway. By paying for the booking the guest(s) accept all risks associated with the activity using the ladder and stairway.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
