• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick clean is carried out with no change of sheets or towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. For bookings of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply. Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment. It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
