Know before you go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
• Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 11 PM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
