• Damage deposit: 85.00 USD - collected via Bank Transfer on checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• As a security control, each adult guest must previously send a photo of a valid official identification (you can cross out sensitive data only so that the photo and name are visible). People who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter. This is a place designed for families, so excessive noise and parties are prohibited. After 10:00 p.m. there should be no more noise that affects the rest of other guests. To use the parking lot, it is mandatory to leave the keys to your vehicle available inside a master lock, so that in case you need to move it, the neighbor can do so, this is because they are shared spaces. Upon your arrival, we will request a security deposit of £1.000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, provided no incidents occur.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
