• Please note children staying at the property must be 10 years of age or older. Please note if smoking occurs in the apartment, the security deposit will not be refunded. Please note the name on the guest's credit card must match the name listed in the details of the reservation. If that credit card is not provided reservation may be cancelled. Please note this apartment is located on the 6th level. Please note that parties and excessive noise are not permitted at the property, Please note the resort fee is paid at check-in. A surcharge of 50 US£ applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of 50 US£ applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of 50 US£ applies for departures after check-out hours. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that late check-in is subject to an additional fee. For arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight), a £50 cash payment is required upon check-in. For arrivals between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM, the fee is £100, also payable in cashGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
