• Edén Los Abuelos 1 is an entire and private floor of a two-floor building. For reasons of sustainability in an environment of high natural value, the cabin does not have hot water or air conditioning. However, we enjoy a very pleasant microclimate and most of the time you do not miss it. The village of Minca does not have drinking water and neither does the cabin. Please remember that smoking is forbidden in all areas of the property Due to the nature of our property, please reduce the noise to the maximum to respect other guest´s rest. This will help to all our guests to enjoy and relax during their stay. Guests must show a valid identification document upon check-in and on before the arrival they must fill out a form that will be shared through an automated message for the Colombian authorities. The Gaira River is at 10-minute walk from the apartment, with a natural river beach nearby.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
