Know before you go

• Pets are not allowed
• (1) Check-in hours are strictly from 4 pm to 10 pm. Please ask the property manager in advance about the possibility of arrival outside these hours. If you do not arrive between these hours, access to your room will not be guaranteed. In particular, late arrivals after 10 pm without prior notice and agreement from the property manager may be reported as a no-show. (2) Check-out is strictly until 11:00 a.m. Please contact the property manager in advance for late check-out. Late check-outs may be charged a surcharge of €5 per 15 minutes after 11:00 a.m., up to a maximum surcharge of €20. (3) Guests have access to a communal dining room with a refrigerator, microwave, and one pair of cutlery per day for lunch and dinner. Guests do not have access to a kitchen. Please carefully review the equipment list before booking. One pair of cutlery per day is included free of charge. Beyond this time, for example, if you wish to eat lunch and dinner on the same day, your cutlery will be charged at a surcharge of €2 per pair of cutlery per day. 4) For long-term reservations, two types of housekeeping are available upon request. Every 3 nights, an "express" housekeeping service is available upon request. This consists of emptying the trash in your room, replacing bath towels, and adding other supplies to the room if needed, such as shower gel and shampoo, tea, coffee, and water. Every 5 nights, a "full" housekeeping service is available upon request. This consists of the "express" housekeeping service, plus a linen change and a complete cleaning of the room with vacuuming, mopping, etc., to ensure it is left in the same condition as when you arrived. (5) Since access to the property is via an old, narrow, and unpaved road, trucks may not be able to park. We only accept cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and vans to park on the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
