• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:00 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. An online pre check-in registration form must be filled in before the property can proceed with scheduling the check-in appointment. Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
