• Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or JCB credit card. ( and 1.5% surcharge for all other card payments) Please note this property has a strict 'No Party Policy.' (No Party and No Smoking) (No smoking inside the bedroom and all common areas inside the building. False smoke alarm activation will incur £1,750 penalties payable by the guest for each incident. Additional cleaning fees of £550 may also be applied) Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. (Free street parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Check street parking signs for details) Please note that a valid credit card and photo ID of the guest must be provided at check-in. (£30 late check-in fee applies when checking in between 9PM - 11PM. After 11PM will be considered as no-shows, unless organized prior with receptionist)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
