• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 150.00 NZD - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Our on site staff hours to 7am - 9pm 7 days a week. Please note outside of reception hours we have an afterhours staff member on duty .If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please refer to the check in details displayed on the right hand side of the entrance. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request in the Studio, One-Bedroom Standard Apartment and the Two-Bedroom Apartment room types. All other apartments available can't accommodate pets. Please note that parking is limited and subject to availability. Guests are requested to book a parking space by placing a note in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
