• Note: The resort fee includes a non-refundable USD 69 damage waiver fee that covers up to USD 1,200 in accidental damage. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in, and photo identification must match the name on the reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed electronically online prior to arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival. Panhandle Getaways will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to guests. If no information is received, guests must call the property prior to arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
