• This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. A baby cot or high chair is available upon prior request, subject to availability and additional charges.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
