• NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR: According to Royal Decree 933/2021 All adult guests and children 14 years of age or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid ID (DNI, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in. Calle Irta, 2 12598 Peñíscola - Castellón TEL: 964 48 20 65 Key collection hours - JUNE to SEPTEMBER Monday to Sunday: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM - OCTOBER to MAY Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM SATURDAYS: Keys will be collected from a coded drop box located at the key collection address. CLOSED SUNDAYS Check for long weekends and holidays outside of peak season. Late check-in will be done using a coded mailbox. You must contact reception to receive this code. Both the reservation and deposit must be paid. Check-out time from the apartments is no later than 10:00 a.m. The rate does not include towels or bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at reception. EXTRAS: (payable at reception) - Cribs: €7/day. - Extra beds: €7/day. - Sheets: €6 per bed/stay. - Towels: €25 (set of 5 shower towels). (payable in cash) One (1) pet is allowed, with a €50 supplement for the entire stay. No Wi-Fi. All apartments have air conditioning included, except for the two-bedroom apartment (NOT A/C). Seasonal pool, open from June 15th to September 15th (modifications subject to the property's community) Guests must pay a €150 deposit by card; cash will not be accepted. After checkout, the apartment is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola. The deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days. The interior photographs are examples of the variety of apartments we have. They are assigned according to planning schedules; therefore, a specific height, view, or apartment cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The guest must pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days prior to arrival. Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot meet the arrival time.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
