• 1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 12pm. Any changes must be previously agreed upon. 2. Maximum Capacity: The house accommodates up to 6 people. This limit is not permitted to be exceeded without authorization. 3. Use of the Pool: - The use of glasses or glass bottles in the pool area is not permitted. - Children must be supervised by an adult. 4. Barbecue: After use, we ask that you clean the barbecue to ensure that the next guest finds it in good condition. 5. Silence and Respect for Neighbors: Keep the volume moderate, especially after 10pm, to avoid disturbing your neighbors. 6. Maintenance and Cleaning: - The house will be delivered clean and tidy. We ask that guests keep it tidy during their stay. - Any damage or problem in the house must be reported immediately. 7. Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas. Subject to a fine of R£500.00. 8. Pets: Pets are not permitted. 9. Use of Electronics and Appliances: Please use the equipment with care. If there is a problem, please let us know so we can arrange for repairs. 10. Garbage Disposal: We ask that all garbage be disposed of correctly in the designated containers. Do not leave garbage scattered around the outdoor area or on the premises of the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
