• Check-in is free from 15:00 to 19:00. Please note that an additional charge of 15 Euros per person will apply for check-in outside the scheduled hours. A surcharge of 40 Euros applies for arrivals after 22:00. You will be required to check in online via Vikey. During this procedure, you will be asked to send a front/back photo of your identity document (not expired) and a selfie with the relevant document for each guest, including minors and infants, in order to verify their identity and send the data to the Police Headquarters as required by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Law on Public Security). We also inform our guests that Italian law requires that a contract for the stay be signed, in Italian, directly with the landlord. The contract will also be available in English, French, German, or Spanish. You will find the contract to read and sign (with OTP digital signature) in the online check-in procedure after entering your identity documents. Behavior that does not comply with Italian law is strictly prohibited.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
